Complaints
The Whistleblower Channel is the instrument that Velilla Group implements in accordance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report breaches of regulations and the fight against corruption, in order to deal with the reports referred to in the law. It is a tool designed for all employees, managers and administrators of the company, as well as for those third parties who are related to the company, especially suppliers, clients and workers in training periods, so that they can communicate any information related to the company and which may involve:

- a suspected infringement or act contrary to the Code of Conduct or any other applicable internal regulations;
- a possible irregularity relating to accounting matters, auditing issues and/or aspects relating to internal control over financial reporting;
- any other possible irregularity or act contrary to the law in force.

File a complaint
To file a complaint, please send your communication to the e-mail address canal.denuncias@velilla-group.com. It is important that the report contains the information necessary to begin the investigation: an explanation of the events that occurred, including the dates, and the rest of the information necessary to clarify the information provided. You can also attach documentation that helps to better explain the situation reported.
